SHIPPING & HANDLING – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We want you to be completely happy with your beautiful purchases so we offer FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS on all orders over $99.00 within Australia.
Flat rate of $7.95 for standard post and $9.95 for express post for all orders under $99.00.

SHIPPING & HANDLING – INTERNATIONAL

We offer shipping outside of Australia to certain countries for a flat rate of $25.00 for registered post. If you would like tracking added, please leave a note on your order and we will send an invoice for the extra tracking cost. If your country is not on the list at checkout, please email us on hello@houseofhedwig.com.au or use the contact form with details of what products you like and what country to be posted to, and we will email with a postage quote.

SALE ITEMS

Items sold on sale are final. No exchanges, refunds or credit vouchers are offered for items purchased on sale. If you find that the sizing is not right, and we still have another size available, you are welcome to contact us for an exchange, however all further postage costs must be covered by yourself for sale items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to offer an exchange in size or colour if the item is not appropriate, and if this is not possible, we offer a credit voucher. The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way, and the original swing tags must be attached intact as when item was received, and readable for resale, for an exchange or credit voucher to be offered. To be eligible for exchange or credit voucher, you must email hello@houseofhedwig.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your garment, where you will be issued a return authorisation & reply paid number and return address, and it must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. Upon receipt, we will inspect the garment to ensure that it is eligible for an exchange or credit voucher.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund unless your claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and your item is recognised as faulty. Please note that we also carefully inspect each item prior to posting it, to ensure that when it leaves the store it is not faulty.

Please note – we do not offer refund or exchange on any tights, leggings or fascinators and hats for hygiene reasons. All Zohara tights sales are final.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer the secure payment gateway PayPal for payment on credit card, or we also offer direct deposit for domestic Australian customers – our bank details will show up when you click direct deposit as an option on checkout. We also offer pickup for local customers.
